Katie Dill

Katie is a battle-tested designer, spirited facilitator, and relentless creative. She partners with our startups and leads the design process from research and insight to concept generation and realization. Katie was previously Creative Director at frog design San Francisco, where she worked with Fortune 50 companies to design user experiences that transcend individual touchpoints, delight users, and fulfill business needs. In a five-year relationship with Intel Corporation, she led a program that transformed strategic direction for a business unit valued at $2 billion, and redesigned the ATM of a top-tier bank. Katie teaches graduate-level interaction and industrial design at California College of the Arts. She holds a BA in History from Colgate University and a BA in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design.
