Over the last month we have added some great new designers to the studio, and are excited about their potential to help our startups with their biggest challenges. But before we could unleash these promising designers onto our startups, we wanted to ensure they could work cohesively as team.

Their first assignment was this: create an interactive design video about their role in impacting the energy crisis.

Their director, David Merkoski, pitched them this brief to see how they could mold this broad idea together. As designers, their interests vary from user and brand experience, motion graphics, and interaction design. So it was a real treat to see how they interacted together to create this piece.

The result was a fun, creative, and interactive video about how they all can work together to help solve our energy problems. If this is just the first assignment, they knocked it out of the park and we are excited to see what else they can conquer and solve together.
